Sexual harassment has become a major feature in Egypt in daily life of the citizens. The Egyptians Government is helpless to control the crime, as its getting worse day by day. According to a survey report,

done in 2010, by Women Right Center, 83% local women and 98% foreign women were victims of disgraceful remarks and had to face inappropriate touching in public places. Annoyed by this growing situation, a group of peoples, wearing specific uniforms, decided to patrolling the streets, to have an on the spot eye on such culprits.
