Few days back,a 19 years old boy was involved in a theft case.
He was,instead of,sent to police station, some peoples informed the 
local group of elders. The elders summoned him and announced that
he should be set on fire. The order was acted upon.Consequently,
on 3rd,Nov,2012, he lost his breath after 4 days in a hospital.

Who cares ! attitude in a society is a warning to our rulers.
