`IRRESPONSIBILITY OR A CRIME ?`

In the past elections, 2008, some parlimentarians were elected having fake degrees. Some days back the Election Commission of Pakistan issued notices to 249 members of national assembly to get their degrees verified within 15 days, failing which they will have to face the criminal cases. On the expiry of dead line, 22nd feb,2013, only 26 members submitted their degrees duly verified, while remaing 223 members did not rather bother to reply the notices issued to them. The EC has now decided to go ahead according to law. Meanwhile, the speaker national assembly has formed a parlimentary committee to look into the matter. Here appears lack of responsibility on the part of said 223 members, who place themselves above the law.

We see, before the end of assemblies on 16th,march 2013, some of the members are planning to shift their loyalities to other parties, where they spent a good time of their political life. `FAKE DEGREE HOLDERS`.

Pak parliments, born in consequence of 2008 elections are going to take last breath on 16th march,2013. The election commission of pakistan has asked 249 members to get their degrees verified within 15 days, who had ignored the said instructions earlier. It is further announced by the E.C. that if they fail to submit their verified degrees in this period, they will face court of law on the charge of  fake degrees. It is an interesting story, all such fake degree holders, whoever, they are, have been enjoying full facilities, including salaries, allowances as a member of parliment, and as almost five years of tenure of parliment is going to be expired after one month, who will recover all such benefits, from fake degree holders. Who is responsible for this delayed action, he should also be punished for this serious negligence.
