The govt.of Pakistan has decided to hand over the administrative and operational control og Gawadar port to Chiana. This decision was taken in a federal cabinet meeting on 30th,jan,2012. The cabinet also approved to complete the gas pipe line laying project falling in the jurisidiction of its territory, which was pending due to some reservations on behalf of America. Alas this decision would have been taken much more earlier according to the wishes of peoples, who have suffered a lot in the past due to non availibility of gas in the region.
