HANIF ABASI CASE AGAINST IMRAN KHAN AND JHANGIR TREEN

TODAY the honble supreme court of Pakistan will start hearing the case against Imran Khan and Jhanagir Treen, on the petition of pML N leader Hanif Abbasi.The petitioner has challeng the unlawful assets of Imran Khan and Jhangir Treen.According to the petitioner both PTI leaders have failed to declare their actual assets in the declaration paper filed during election 2013 to the Election Comm of Pakistan.
We hope that hon`le Court will also go for day today hearing as in the case of prime minister Nwaz Sharif. The justice demand equal tretment with all the parties who are brought in the court of law.Let`s see what happens today.

PANAMA CASE

IT is announced by supreme court of pakistan that second and final round of panama case is going to begin today.Already orderd JIT will be constituted who will tke up case immediately. For follow up of the working of JIT a separate body has been made who will look after and shall submit his findings after every 15 days to newly constituted judges bench. The bench comprises of those 3 judges who were earlier part of 5 members judges bench.Any how we hope the findings will cover up all the aspects of the case which were pointed out in previous judgement .

Prime Minister pakistan by pass surgery.

It is a great pleassure that the surgery of Mian Mohd Nwaz Sharif, prime minister of Pakistan has been successful in hospital in England.By the grace of almighty he is safe and proceedings in recovery stage. It is leant by hospital sources that the prime minister will take at least one month to resume his routine activities. It is worth mentioning that the whole nation as well as other communities including head of states prayed heavily in favour of popular leader of the country.
I am also happy that the prime minister has shown great encourage in facing this dangerous operation.
We still pray for his early recovery in health.God bless him more in the years to come. .
