JUDICIAL COMMISSION ENQUIRY REPORT

Report compiled by pakistan judicial commission headed by chief justice of Pakistan has been released. The said commission was set up by Govt.of Pakistan on the demand of opposition parties, mainly in sequence of 126 days `sit in`by a leading political party Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf. The commission was asked to probe into irregularities,if any during general elections 2013. After thorough investigation and on the basis of various witnesses produced by representatives of Election Commission of Pakistan and the grieved party PTI, the judicial commission concluded that the elections held in May,2013 were quite free n fair. The judgement announced by the commission has disappointed the leader of PTI.Although he has accepted the verdict but has shown his reservations on large scale.Lets see his attitude in the coming days.

`YEMEN WAR`

It is a great step on behalf of Pakistan Govt, to conduct a combined secession on the issue of Yemen conflict. In the combined secession of upper and lower houses of the country. major leaders of all the political parties are participating. Most of them are of the view that we should support Saudi Arabia in all respect. But they were not in favor of sending our soldiers to fight their.Moreover, during discussion it was also expressed that Pakistan should play roll as a facilitator between the fighting forces. To gain this goal, the P.M.of Pakistan Mian Nawaz Sharif traveled to Turkey and convinced his counterpart to talk to Iran on this issue. Similarly yesterday Iranian foreign minister also visited our country and held discussion with foreign authorities. That is good sign of resolving the conflict by meeting each other instead of becoming party with one or another country involved in the said war. Today it is hoped that some joint declaration from the joint secession shall come in the shape of resolution on this war that what sorts of steps should be taken by Govt.of Pakistan in this behalf.

By election in Sindh

An interesting but in the shadows of fears, by elections are going to be held in province sindh in the last week of current month. The elections in constituency no.246 are challenges both for PTI and MQM, as bothe parties are claiming their success. Apparently the said constitution is said to be the home ground of MQM, where the party has never lost any election the past. This time Imran Khan has thrown an open challenge to MQM. Currently there is a great conflict between both the parties over holding public meetings in the  heart of MQM, near to their head quarter 90. Let`s see what sort of law n order situation is controlled by local administration in the daays to come..But but, it is obviously a great challenge to MQM to maintain his supremacy in the said constituency.

Pak cricket team

Pakistan cricket board has formed new teams for all the formats of cricket last day. Sources interested and connected with the affairs of cricket have shown mixed comments over this selection. Any how, it is a healthy sign that PCB has taken some bold steps by ignoring old and experienced players, who disappointed the nation there in recent world cup. We hope that mixture of experience and youth introduced in forming teams will produce the better results in the years to come. 

Election Commission

It is worth mentioning that inspite of many hurdles, both pml-N and pti has agreed to constitute an election commission to find out the authenticity of election held in 2013. Now it is the duty of all
democratic forces to cooperate with the election commission. We hope this will strengthen the process of democracy in the country. However, whatsoever the findings of judicial commission, it is expected that all the political parties shall accept the verdict of judicial commission, and it may lead to healthy and independent process of election in future.

`Pakistan Muslim league (N) Budget

Pakistan Muslim League (N) is going to offer new budget for the financial year 2014-2015 today in parliment.Here is test for the Govt. All parties including the poor peoples hope a lot for some major relief in the budget. It will increase or reduce the popularity of present Govt. Any how we expect rather `good news` in respect of budget in next few hours.

`Blast in Islamabad Courts`

Early in the morning today the 3rd,march 2014, in Distt.courts Islamabad(Pakistan)
a bomb blast killed one Addl.secession judge among other 11 including male and female lawyers.
This sad incident occured when the peace talks between Taliban and govt, rep, com mittee are going to restart. Any how this shows a great negligence over the part of highly equiped police and other military agencies. Govt.of Pakista, especially the interior minister should fix the responsibility and ensure stoppage of such fatal incidents in future.
